Vanessa & Jim were great! When we are in San Diego it’s the only place we will stay!

Great location and value. Rooms were newly renovated. First room we were put in had a sewage issue and smelled terrible but management moved us into a new room without any hassle. Other than the smell the experience was fantastic for the price you pay.

This place is top for the best view of the sunset

Very nice clean rooms at a very reasonable price !! Only a few short steps to the beach !! Bang for your buck ... Can't get better with views of the water !!

Beautiful building and location

My husband and I made some last minute reservations here and the staff were very accommodating! Right away they got a room together for us and walked us over to the door. Our room came with a small kitchenette that was equipped with utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, mini fridge, stove, microwave, everything we could have needed and more! Our room was cleaned top to bottom every day, dishes included. The lady at the front desk, Laura, was one of the friendliest front desk attendants I'd ever had the pleasure of meeting. She gave us great recommendations for food along with coupons and was very knowledgeable about the area! Our stay at the Diamond Head Inn was worth every penny and we will surely be back to visit them again.
