Very clean, Amelia and staff were great!

Jim, Vanessa, Rebecca.. front office staff that I met were all very friendly and helpful, same experiences with several of the cleaning crew, genuinely nice and helpful staff! You can tell they care about the customer. Location is perfect in PB. Everything is near and you can take the boardwalk anywhere.. I know I live down the street but needed a place while it’s being remediated and landed at the Blue Head Inn. Rooms are a great size. Could use a freshening up but the bedding, mattresses, and pillows are like new! I always check before I lay my head :)

We enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is great and close to the beach, restaurants, and more.

At one time I served the gratefully served the guests at the diamond head, the quality that is still excellent, location couldn't be better. If I want to stay, this is the place.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable

Tough first night, but great outcome! When we first arrived at night, there was no one to check us in at the sister property. But, we came to find out that they were doing their rounds on the property and solving an issue. We talked to Jim, the manager, and he was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and so kind. Ended righting the situation immensely. Would stay again :) Room is very clean and nice!

For the price, this is a true gem! My room was clean and comfy. I loved having the kitchenette as well. The check in process is a bit weird and we had a hard time finding where to go at first, but not a big deal. Might help to send that info the day of check in. Otherwise, no complaints!

Remodeled. Nice Rooms. Simple. Great location! Check in at PB Surfside inn as they manage diamond too. 5 visit, serenity!

My in-laws ( Emad & Amena) had a great experience in this hotel. The rooms are very clean and decent. The service is great. And the employees are all nice and friendly. The view is amazing and it’s close to all nearby activities. Very much recommended!
