The Balboa Park Explorer Pass is the best opportunity to get the real experience of 1200 acres’ worth of history, art and nature. Parking inside the Balboa Park complex is free. There are small parking lots throughout the park but the biggest one is the Inspiration Point parking lot, on the east side of Park Boulevard. These parking lots also feature charging stations for electric cars.
